Irving Berlin's musical stars Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire as two points of a festive love triangle set in a dance club converted from an old farm. Marjorie Reynolds is the gal the boys would both love to have in their stockings, but this is all about the tunes - most notably, the definitive version of White Christmas.
This Irving Berlin musical was directed by Mark Sandrich, who made many of the best Astaire/Rogers musicals of the Thirties. The score includes Easter Parade, White Christmas and Be Careful, It's My Heart. Not much of a plot, but with Bing's singing and Fred's dancing, what more do you need?
