Drama starring John Gregson and Muriel Pavlow. Norfolk villagers try to stop the RAF turning a bird sanctuary into a firing range.
Just about the best film to come from the short-lived Group 3 Productions enterprise. This story of a battle between villagers and the RAF over a bird sanctuary is extremely well thought out by screenplay writers Don Sharp and John Pudney, has a string of likeable performances headed by John Gregson and Muriel Pavlow and the bonus of delightful Eastman Colour photography by Arthur Grant and Martin Curtis. A credit mark to all concerned.
