A police watchdog report into the Forest Gate anti-terror raid has concluded that the police shooting of an unarmed man in his home was an accident.
During the raid on his family home in east London, Abdul Kahar, 23, (right) was shot in the shoulder.
His brother Abul Koyair, 20, (left) was also arrested and subsequently released by police.
