In the final instalment of our films from South East Asia, Sky's Jayne Secker reported on the terrible scourge of child prostitution.
The Sky Report talked to one young victim and gained an insight into a world where thousands of young people are still being let down by the system - left vulnerable to abuse by paedophiles.
Sex Tourism: Vulnerable
One of the countries that Secker visited was Cambodia, where there's the highest rate of child prostitution in the world.
Not only are the mental scars clearly evident but, worryingly, the country also reports one of the highest growth rates of HIV infection among children under 12.
The link between child prostitution and poverty is a direct one, and there are organisations on the ground trying to help children find trades and shelter, away from the streets where predatory tourists roam.
If you have any comments about Jayne's special report please email us at news@sky.com or text on 84501.
