Jennifer Lopez has reportedly snubbed attending the UK premiere of her new film after hearing former fiancee and co-star Ben Affleck will be present.

The actress was due to walk down the red carpet in London's West End next Wednesday to promote the romantic drama, Jersey Girl.

But she decided not to grace the bash or any other which is being attended by Affleck.

In the film, the couple play lovers with perfect lives.

Off-screen their affair ended abruptly with Affleck blaming her for wrecking his career.

Affleck is due to fly into Britain early next week for a hectic round of promotional events.

"J-Lo was far from happy about facing up to Ben in front of the world's media," said a source, reports The Sun.

Movie bosses are reported to be seething that their biggest star was pulling out.
