Nicole Kidman and her ex Tom Cruise have reportedly been on a string of secret dates.

The Hollywood stars are keen to spend as much time together as possible, according to the Daily Star.

"Tom and Nicole have been seen together on numerous occasions over the last few weeks," a source told the newspaper.

"Both of them have been careful to disguise themselves when meeting up, with Tom opting for shades and a baseball cap and Nicole, a floppy sunhat and jeans.

"As well as spending time chatting to each other in several cafes, they have both been spotted with their two kids, Isabelle, 11, and Connor, nine.

"Since breaking up, Nicole has always made sure she's been there for Tom and vice versa.

"When Nic won her Oscar last year, Tom was straight on her mobile telling her how proud he was.

"Tom wants nothing more than to remain close to Nicole and for them both to move on in life.

"But whether or not hey will rekindle their old romance will be a matter kept very close to their hearts.

"There is still a lot of emotion between them."
