Ex-Big Brother contestant Jade Goody has returned to the Back to Reality TV show after her hospital scare.

The 23-year-old revealed she was treated for a burst ovarian cyst.

Jade hadblacked out with severe stomach cramps on Friday night in the bathroom of the mansion where the Channel 5 show is being filmed.

Back on the set, she told fellow contestants: "I don't have to have an operation - it's exploded. I just took tablets and had an injection in my bum. It was absolutely horrible."

A spokeswoman for the show said: "We are very pleased to have her back."

Her agent said she had been determined to return to the mansion.

The show's winner will scoop £75,000 for a charity of his or her choice.

Goody, who is among the favourites to win, has pledged to split the cash between Tommy's, Scope and NCH.
