The paper claims she is three months pregnant and will make an official statement soon.
J-Lo's husband, dancer Cris Judd, is said to be ecstatic.
"Cris is walking around like a man who has won the lottery," a friend is quoted as saying.

The couple have already bought a £15,000 antique crib.
Lopez, voted one of the world's sexiest women, is currently filming a movie with Ben Affleck.
The 31-year-old married Cris last September in a lavish Hollywood ceremony.
The marriage was rocked after claims that Lopez had slept with another man.
But friends reckon the new baby will help cement the relationship.
