The punch-up, reported to have been between a group of Goths, happened on Tuesday - the date 6/6/06 made famous by the movie.
A dispute broke out between people watching the remake of the 70s' cult movie.
A number of people were assaulted.
The fight happened at Cineworld, on the Bentley Bridge Leisure Park in Wednesfield, West Midlands.
Two casualties were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The 666 phenomenon is based on a disputed passage from the Book of Revelation, which in several popular versions declares it to be the "number of the beast".
