It is the third firm to ditch the 31-year-old since a national newspaper showed photos of her apparently snorting cocaine.
Burberry said it was "saddened by her current circumstances" and wished Moss well.
She has already lost lucrative contacts with Chanel and fashion store H&M, and is being investigated by police.
French perfume house Chanel has said it has no plans to employ Moss again when her current contract expires.
A spokesperson said: "Chanel currently has an advertising campaign with Kate Moss that is due to finish at the end of October.
"The company has no plans to work with Kate Moss on advertising campaigns in the near future."
The Croydon-born model also faces an inquiry by Scotland Yard into gthe cocaine-taking claims.
Earlier, it was announced she was being dropped from a planned advertising campaign for the fashion store H&M.
The clothing and cosmetics giant said in a statement that it would cancel a future campaign with the model.
"H&M is strongly against drugs and for many years has actively supported the drug preventing organisation Mentor Foundation.
"After having evaluated the situation, H&M has decided that a campaign with Kate Moss is inconsistent with H&M's clear disassociation of drugs."
