The term house burglar has taken on a whole new meaning for one unlucky American man.
BJ Miller returned home to find thieves had stolen a few items - along with his house.
Police say the burglars probably took a day to dismantle Mr Miller's 10ft by 20ft prefabricated holiday home before loading it on a lorry and driving off.
The retired engineer had built the house near San Francisco as holiday getaway for his family.
