Paul Quizzed Over Fracas
Detectives are to speak to Sir Paul McCartney following an alleged fracas when he went to see illusionist David Blaine dangling in a glass box in London.
Officers will speak to the ex-Beatle as a matter of routine following the September incident before deciding whether to pursue the matter further.
Police were called after a rumpus when Sir Paul and some friends visited the scene of the American's six-week stunt next to London's Tower Bridge.
Their inquiries concern an alleged scuffle with a photographer at the scene.
The former Beatle was upset after the photographer tried to take a picture of him.
Kevin Wheal, who was working for London's Evening Standard newspaper, claimed Sir Paul pushed him in the chest.
