She's had a life as eventful as fellow leggy Texan blonde Jerry Hall.
Anna Nicole Smith has been involved in an $1.6bn inheritance battle, been crowned Playboy Playmate Of The Year and married a 90-year-old oil tycoon. And, it's fair to say, she's had problems keeping her figure in check...
In fact we have seen the 5ft 11ins stunner's weight soar so much so she was unrecognisable from the tall, slim model that hit the headlines in the early '90s.
But now, after an extensive spell in rehab and with a rigorous daily exercise programme, Anna has reportedly managed to shift an astonishing SIX stones!
It all began after meeting late hubby J Howard Marshall while she was topless dancer. Marshall was worth $1.6bn and his family were none too pleased.
Maybe it was the stress, but Anna shot up several dress sizes in next to no time and she continued to expand after his death.
In 1992 she weighed a trim 140 lbs - 10 stone to you and me.
Her weight reached 224 lbs in 1996, but she managed to slim down to a reported 138 lbs in 1997.
But by 2002 she was bigger than ever, a reputed 17st, and rising... but then what do you expect from a girl who once worked in a fried chicken restaurant?
What was she to do? Drastic action was needed but for a girl who lists her hobbies as 'lying in bed and watching TV' it was going to be a hard job.
Still, she's a celebrity and what do celebrities do when they're in trouble? Rehab, of course.
Us mere mortals can only wonder as to what they do, but clearly it worked. Because recently she has been showing off a slim, taut bod, shapely legs and an angelic slim face. In fact, she looks better than ever.
Now back to her early 90s weight, it culminated when she took to the stage virtually naked at the Australian MTV Awards last months.
The question is, can she keep the pounds off?
