There are the ridiculously lucky birds who've been blessed with the enviable combo of slim frames coupled with weighty boobs - however they have to endure accusations that they must have had implants.

Teri Hatcher has recently hit out at reports that her breasticles are fake, saying that she's fed up with the constant speculation that she's had enhancements.

Then there are the ladies such as Dawn French and Queen Latifah who are just naturally voluptuous and have never had to fend off claims of silicone implants.

So whilst fake boobs have managed to propel some people.. Jordan... Pammy... into the spotlight - it's about time we hailed those celebrity stars who, when they run for a bus, their jugs run with them.
