Beyonce Knowles has come over all Florence Nightingale.
She's taken it upon herself to visit the ailing folk in hospital.
Before you imagination starts running wild with visions of Bey in a little nurse uniform, let us explain.
Excited fans in the front row of the singer's St Louis concert had their pop music experience cut short after a rather nasty accident.
Fireworks used to spice up the show somehow ended up in the crowds rather than up in the air.
Two front-row ticket-holders were taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries.
So, post-concert, a concerned Beyonce rushed to check her fans were okay, visiting them in the emergency room of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital for 45 minutes.
Head nurse, Darryl Williams, said: "She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience.
"It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them.
"I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do."
