Gisele Bundchen is not just a pretty face.
She's got some pretty strong opinions too...
And she ain't scared of standing by them - even when they come up against the Catholic Church.
She's waded into the debate currently raging in her home country of Brazil, the world's largest Catholic country, over birth control and sexual behaviour.
And, since the Pope visited the country last month and stressed the Church's opposition to abortion, contraception and sex outside marriage, things have really been kicking off.
Gisele told Folha de S.Paulo newspaper that when the Church made its laws centuries ago, women were expected to be virgins.
"Today no one is a virgin when they get married... show me someone who's a virgin!"
And she also made her feelings known about abortion too: "If she thinks she doesn't have the money or the emotional condition to raise a child, why should she give birth?
"It's ridiculous to ban contraceptives - you only have to think of the diseases that are transmitted without them. I think it should be compulsory to use a contraceptive."
