Is this a bride to be?It might be September and nearing the end of the wedding season, but it looks like we've got another outfit to buy for yet more nuptials.

Or have we?

We've had no official word from Lindsay Lohan on whether this is an engagement ring or not.

But Linds was spotted wearing the ring at the premiere of her new flick Bobby at the Venice Film Festival.

Rumours have been circulating that her boyf, Hard Rock Cafe heir Harry Morton, had bought a ring from Cartier in the States...

So could this be it?

Not according to Linds' mum Dina.

"It's absolutely not true," she insisted. "They are not engaged. They're dating and it's moving along."
