There wasn't a hint (or sniff) of lycra at the US Superman Returns premiere.
In fact, everyone looked rather sophisticated out of their costumes...
In particular Kate Bosworth.
She slipped herself into a slinky white frock - winning the honour of being the best dressed star of the night hands down.
However, Orlando Bloom's girl didn't score a perfect ten for her appearance.
She was slightly let down by her hair - which has gone a funny shade of blonde...
Nice 'n' Easy may want to sign her up for an advertising deal.
Speaking of Orlando, he was nowhere to be seen.
But Brandon Routh, Superman himself, did bring a date for us to be nosy at.
