Former Brookie star Claire Sweeney has just met her new leading man... and it ain't Ricky Tomlinson.
Lucky Claire is about to live every gal's dream and do some Dirty Dancing with none other than Hollywood heart-throb Patrick Swayze.
Patrick - who also starred alongside Demi Moore in Ghost - said there was instant chemistry between him and ex-soap star Claire.
The pair will co-star in the musical Guys And Dolls in the West End, with Patrick playing gambling man Nathan Detroit, while Claire plays his fiancee Miss Adelaide
"Immediately I looked in her eyes and I thought, 'This is going to be good,'" he said.
Ooh, someone, pinch us now.
After Celebrity Big Brother, Claire went from playing Lindsey Corkhill in Brookside to treading the West End boards as Roxy Hart in Chicago.
Claire said of her new leading man: "I met Patrick for the first time last night and we can't wait to get on stage."
Patrick will appear in Guys and Dolls from 10th July for eight weeks. The stage musical of Dirty Dancing opens in the West End around the same time.
