Who Is Jen's Funny Guy?

Jenny McCarthy has been dodging awkward questions about a certain elastic-faced comedian.

The usually plain-speaking actress and model is being rather coy about her new relationship it seems.

She squirmed as she was grilled on US talk show The View about her reported romance with Jim Carrey.

The former Playboy model is known for candidly discussing divorce, childbirth and motherhood, but she was uncharacteristically tight-lipped on the subject of the funnyman.

The View co-hosts Star Jones and Joy Behar asked the beauty if she could confirm she was dating "a well-known comedian who makes funny faces who is not Jerry Lewis".

"No comment. Does that ever work? The funny thing is I've never said it in my whole life!" she replied.

Jen quickly sidestepped it saying anyone interested in who she's dating could "look it up online".

"Let's move on to the next topic," she suggested.

She was apparently spotted enjoying an intimate dinner with the Pet Detective at Los Angeles hot spot M Cafe de Chaya in May.

The celebrity couple have been romantically linked since December but have not confirmed they're dating.
