You may remember our investigation into the phenomenon of two-tone hair.
We couldn't help but think that model Caprice looked a bit badger-like with her new do.
In the interests of science, we enlisted the help of Boris the badger and put it to the vote: Who's hot? Who's not? Caprice or Boris?
Interestingly, in the Sky Showbiz survey 80% of you found Boris a lot easier on the eye than Ms Caprice Bourret. Perhaps a trip back to the salon is in order?
In the meantime, prepare for more science as we consider whether Caprice has anything else in common with the humble British badger.
SHOWBIZ HQ'S BADGER FACTS:
- The badger is the largest land carnivore in the British Isles. Caprice, however, is a vegetarian.
- Badgers are nocturnal and rarely seen during the day... so, you might say they enjoy a bit of nightlife. We're sure Caprice enjoys the best of nightclubs.
- It's commonly thought that badgers hibernate - but they don't. So, like lively Caprice, they're social all year round.
- In his poem The Combe, Edward Thomas says the badger is "the most ancient Briton of English beasts". We're not quite sure how old Caprice is, so we've abandoned this line of enquiry.
- Some say the badger's black and white stripes tell other animals it can look after itself and defend its territory. Could Caprice be telling us the same thing?
