Charlize Theron has stepped in to stop all the chit chat about her personal life.
Recent reports were claiming that the Oscar-winning actress had split from her man, Stuart Townsend.
But that's not so, according to Charlize.
The rumours had sparked up because Stuart hadn't accompanied Char to various recent award ceremonies.
He didn't even show up at the Oscars - despite Charlize being nominated in the best actress category for North Country - and so her mum went instead.
But the actress insists her man's been absent because of work commitments.
Her publicist confirmed:
"Stuart and Charlize have not broken up.
"Next week everyone will be calling me saying they were married. We can't win."
