Remember all the shenanigans when talent judge Louis Walsh walked out on X Factor?
Well, Simon Cowell's new talent show has already encountered strop-related problems - and it's not even on our screens yet.
Presenter and Lily Savage personality Paul O'Grady has quit Cowell's The Gong Show because of a row with ITV bosses.
And it's all because they won't let him record the next series of his own Channel 4 show in their studios.
Paul left ITV last year, claiming he felt "unloved" there.
Now he has cancelled all of his future ITV appearances, including his role as a judge on Simon's talent show and as host at the Soap Awards.
Paul said: "I'm not working for these petty tyrants anymore. The ban is pure spite.
"I've told them I won't be doing the Soap Awards or Simon's show. I will lose money but I would rather be sweeping the streets than working for ITV.
"It's ridiculous. Anyone can rent a studio there. They make BBC, Channel 4 and ITV shows.
"At first there was no problem, now they've changed their minds."
He also claimed that stars from Coronation Street and Emmerdale have been banned from making guest appearances on his show.
An ITV insider said: "We've no problem working with Paul but there was no studio space for him."
