Romantics everywhere might want to look away now.
News has reached us that one of showbiz's strongest marriages is over.
Lizzy and Mark Bardsley, who shot to notoriety after appearing in Channel 4's Wife Swap, have announced they are going their separate ways.
Despite renewing their wedding vows just four months ago and starring in their own TV show Bed And Bardsleys earlier this year, the couple have admitted their relationship has hit rocky times.
"We wish to be left alone," a statement issued by the pair reads, "to salvage our marriage or sort out our final dealings."
The couple, who have eight children, outraged the nation when they admitted to claiming £37,500 in benefits a year on Wife Swap.
But following her appearance on the show, which she quit after just three days, Lizzy has made a name for herself with appearances on a number of reality shows including ITV's Celebrity Fit Club and Five's Back To Reality.
