Jessica Simpson has admitted she is in therapy because of her troubled life.
The Dukes of Hazzard starlet has been dogged by rumours that her three-year marriage with Nick Lachey is on the rocks.
In an interview with Teen People, Jessica, who poses on the cover of the magazine's latest issue with her younger sister, admitted she finds dealing with being a celebrity difficult.
She said: "Yes, I have seen a therapist.
"It gets to the point where it's so frustrating that you just want to get away.
"I almost flipped my Range Rover trying to get away from the paparazzi last week, and it made me so heated.
"And it's so weird to walk down the street and see people looking at you and then turning to talk to each other. You think, 'Hmm, I wonder what they're saying'.
"But Nick and I have been so public (about our marriage) that it made people obsessed. We set ourselves up to be gawked at.
"Hopefully mine and Nick's story will continue for the rest of our lives, like what we vowed, through sickness and in health.
"At the end of the day, you've gotta find happiness. I believe that we'll achieve it."
