Who'd have thought we'd see the words Dr Who and sexy together?
Well, guess what?
BBC3 are set to launch a new X-rated version of Doctor Who.
Made specifically for adults, the gripping sci-fi series is a sexy spin-off which is due to hit screens next autumn.
The new programme will be called Torchwood (an anagram of Doctor Who) and will follow a crack team investigating alien activities and crime in modern-day Britain.
John Barrowman plays Captain Jack Harness in a more daring role than the Doctor.
Doctor Who writer, Russell T Davies describes the new 13-part drama as: "Dark, clever, wild, sexy... the X Files meets This Life."
Stuart Murphy, BBC3 controller, said: "The people have affairs with one another. There will be sex and swearing, I assume.
"I'm quite relaxed about that, it will be post-watershed and Russell can do it in a funny and sexy way."
Fans can listen out for references toTorchwood in Doctor Who's Christmas special.
