Victoria and David Beckham had to rush little Romeo to hospital after he suffered from a second fit in two months.
The three-year-old was taken into a Madrid A&E department for emergency treatment on Saturday night.
A picture shows David carrying the barefooted toddler into the casualty unit at La Paz hospital, with Victoria by his side.
Posh and Becks, together with a nanny and three bodyguards, had driven themselves to the hospital with little Romeo - but they all went home after a couple of hours.
The Sun reports a source as saying: "David and Victoria looked as worried as any parents would be as they went into the hospital. Victoria was very pale."
In early August, a worried Victoria had taken Romeo to Harlow's Princess Alexander hospital - near their Hertfordshire home - after he'd had a convulsion.
On that occasion, he was kept in for observation before being released a few hours later.
