Ashton Kutcher and Demi MooreThe showbiz world has been completely wrapped up in the rumours that Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher might be trying for a baby.

But Hollywood's odd couple have unleashed a bigger surprise than that.

Just when our backs were turned, Ashton and Demi have walked up the aisle and got married.

In a ceremony described by US Weekly magazine as "brief but traditional", their Kabbalah vows were exchanged in front of 100 close friends and relatives at their Beverly Hills home.

On the invite list were Lucy Liu, actor Wilmer Valderrama, Demi's ex-husband Bruce Willis, and their three daughters Scout LaRue, Rumer Glenn and Talullah Belle.

Ashton and Demi's reps have declined to comment on the alleged proceedings.

However, if the knot-tying reports are true, it silences critics who said 42-year-old Demi and 27-year-old Ashton's romance would never last.
