But according to rumours, he's only back by her side after agreeing to Sienna's secret six commandments.

Friends of the As You Like It actress have told the Daily Mail that Miller has penned six laws that Jude must abide by to make their relationship work again.

And they are...

1) Never to be unfaithful again
2) To stay away from ex-wife Sadie and her friends
3) To romance her again before considering marriage
4) To stop losing his temper
5) To let her make her own career choices
6) To let her see her friends when she wants

When reports came out that Kate Moss has had sex with Jude, Sienna was said to be angry as she wasn't on Jude's confessional list.

He denies the tryst.

"While he totally dominated her before, since the allegations came out and she dumped him he has been totally different," a source told the newspaper, explaining why Jude has agreed to Sienna's terms.

We wonder if 'thou shalt not leave your underpants on the bathroom floor' almost made it onto Si's list of commandments?
