Sorry guys, you can put your chat-up lines back in the drawer, as Jessica Simpson's hubby has revealed that they are very definitely NOT splitting up.
In fact, Nick Lachey has gone so far as to say: "I love my wife to death."
The former 98 Degrees singer let rip whilst guest hosting a TV chat show in the States, denying all the constant chat that his marriage is on the rocks:
"We're shocked that people are still on this same rumour. We've been divorced for six months now, apparently. It's like it just keeps going on and on and on.
The Newly Weds star revealed that he was a little fed up with having to reassure his family that he is not getting divorced.
"I would absolutely, positively, like to set the record straight. Everything is absolutely wonderful in marriage and life and love.
"We've been saying it for months now. We're OK... They insist on going back to the same old thing about I'm jealous of her career.
"I love my wife to death and I support the heck out of her, as any husband would."
So that's that. Consider them a very happy couple.
