There are rumours circulating in the States that the hotel heiress might well be pregnant.

In recent pictures, there does seem to be a slight bump on her usually flat tummy - but of course that could just be due to too many beans and pulses making her full of wind.

But Paris herself has never made it a secret that she's keen to be a mother...

Plus there was her recent engagement to her young man, Paris Latsis, not a quickie in Hollywood standards but they certainly haven't been walking out for many a moon.

Whilst out and about visiting a juice bar in Beverly Hills - note the healthy juice option - Paris showed that she isn't just about parties and frocks and hair-flicking.

Instead the reality TV star dug deep into her pocket (well, her purse as pockets are apparently so last season darling) and handed over a twenty dollar note to a homeless person.

Needless to say, as he reached out for the money - which she offered through the open window of her car - the guy looked extremely impressed.

Perhaps he was marvelling at her multi-tasking skills - being charitable and nattering on her mobile at the same time.
