Updates To Call Charges
February 2013
Important changes for Sky Talk customers, effective from 1 February:
Calls made to 118 118 and 118 551 will be charged at 306 pence for the first minute and 196 pence per minute thereafter, and NOT at 479 pence for the first minute as previously advertised.
Important changes for Sky Talk Freetime, Weekends and Anytime customers, effective from 1 February:
Calls to 118 707 will be charged at 75 pence per call.Calls to 118 891 will be charged at 84.26 pence per call as well as a call set up fee of 168.44 pence.
Important changes for Sky Talk 24/7, 24/7 International and Super Unlimited customers, effective from 1 February:
Calls to 118 707 will be charged at 75 pence per call.Calls to 118 981 will be charged at 75 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 150 pence.
January 2013
Important changes for Sky Talk Freetime, Weekends and Anytime customers effective from 29 January:
All calls made to numbers charged at rate dq97 will be charged at 349 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 99 pence.
Effective from 25 January:
Calls to 118 500 and 118 404 will be charged at 229 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 132 pence.Effective from 17 January:
Calls to 0844318 numbers will be charged at 5.11 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 13.87 pence.

Important changes for Sky Talk Freetime, Weekends and Anytime customers effective from 17 December:
Calls to 0982236 numbers will be charged at 84.26 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 13.87 pence.
Calls to 0982273 and 0982501 numbers will be charged at 42.13 pence per minute during the daytime, 28.09 pence per minute during the evening and 14.04 pence per minute during the weekend. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence also applies.
Calls to 0905790 numbers will be charged at 168.57 pence for the first minute and 168.50 pence per minute thereafter.
Calls to 0982550 numbers will be charged at a fixed fee of 47.80 pence per call.
Calls to 0982602 numbers will be charged at 44.94 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 13.87 pence.
Calls to 0982680 numbers will be charged at 39.82 pence per minute during the daytime and 27.47 pence during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence also applies.
Calls to 0982980 numbers will be charged at a fixed fee of 53.7 pence per call.

A call set up fee of 9 pence also applies.

Calls to 0982550 numbers will be charged at a fixed fee of 40 pence per call.
Calls to 0982602 numbers will be charged at 40 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 9 pence.
Calls to 0982680 numbers will be charged at 38.99 pence per minute during the daytime and 26.90 pence during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 9 pence also applies.
Calls to 0982980 numbers will be charged at a fixed fee of 44.9 pence per call.

Calls to international destinations which begin with the following numbers will be charged as international mobile, special and higher rate numbers:
Angola prefixes 94 will be charged at 131.20 pence per minute during the daytime and 126.60 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.Bosnia-Herzegovina prefixes 6441-6445 and 6712 will be charged at 81.15 pence per minute during the daytime and 75.94 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Croatia prefix 901 will be charged at 81.15 pence per minute during the daytime and 75.94 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Guinea prefixes 24 and 69 will be charged at 131.20 pence per minute during the daytime and 126.60 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Jordan prefix 778 will be charged at 155.81 pence per minute during the daytime and 138.55 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up of fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Libya prefixes 95-96 will be charged at 81.15 pence per minute during the daytime and 75.94 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A Call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Poland prefixes 537-539, 72970-72979, 7298-7299, 730, 731, 733, 738, 7390-7392 and 73930 will be charged at 63.10 pence per minute during the daytime and 59.40 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A Call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
South Africa prefix 810 will be charged at 93.60 pence per minute during the daytime and 86.20 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A Call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Vietnam prefixes 124-125 and 128 will be charged at 187.06 pence per minute during the daytime and 180.32 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A Call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply
Yemen prefix 70 will be charged at 158.87 pence per minute during the daytime and 134.87 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A Call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.
Effective from 6 December:
Calls to 0913 374 numbers will be charged at a fixed rate of 140 pence per call.
Calls to 0913 376 and 0984 426 numbers will be charged at a fixed rate of 130 pence per call.
Effective from 3 December:
Calls to 07721 1, 07785 6 and 07836 8 numbers will be charged at 12.77 pence per minute during the daytime and 7.66 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 13.87 pence will also apply.November 2012

Effective from 13 November:
Calls to 118616 will be charged at 11.24 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 224.8 pence.
Effective from 1 November:
In the event your Sky Voicemail is not accessed for a period of 90 days, it may be automatically cancelled. You can restore Voicemail at any time by calling 08442411818 at no extra charge.
October 2012
Important changes for Sky Talk customers effective from 11 October:
Calls to 0913310 and 0984377 numbers will be charged at 78.64 pence per minute as well as a call set up fee of 13.1 pence.
Effective from 1 October:
Calls to 118020, 118247 and 118248 will be charged at 70 pence per minute, as well as a call set up fee of 150 pence.
Calls to 118829 will be charged at 89.87 pence per minute, as well as a call set up fee of 56.17 pence.
September 2012
Important changes for Sky Talk customers effective from 24 September:
Calls to 118193 will be charged at 183.83 pence per minute, as well as a call set up fee of 153.19 pence.
Calls to 0871355, 0871555 and 0871616 will be charged at 10.21 pence per minute.
Calls to 0903116 will be charged at 168.51 pence per minute, as well as a call set up fee of 13.1 pence.
Calls to 118227, 118241, 118275, 118328, 118359, 118360, 118442, 118526, 118686, 118927, 118932 and 118949 will be charged at 150 pence per call.
Effective from 17 September:
Calls to 0871515 will be charged at 10.21 pence per minute, as well as a call set up fee of 10.21 pence. The call set up is charged for the first 60 seconds of the call, or part thereof, and the duration charge applies following the first 60 seconds.
Effective from 13 September:
Calls to 118661 and 118899 will be charged at 398 pence for the first minute and then 299 pence per minute thereafter.
Calls to 118888 will be charged at 198 pence for the first minute and then 169 pence per minute thereafter.
Effective from 1 September:
SMS alerts to mobiles for voicemail will cost 10.5p per use.
Returning a call to the last person who phoned by dialling 1471 and then 3, will cost 17.7p per use.
Returning a call to someone who left you a voicemail message by dialling 1571 and then 0, will cost 17.7p per use.
To request a reminder call will cost 38.5p per use.
To request a ring back call when a number you have dialled is engaged will cost 38.5p per use.
Three-way calling will cost 69p per use.
Text messaging will cost 10.5p per use.
Calls to 903110 will cost 168.57 pence for the first minute and 168.50 pence per minute thereafter.
August 2012
Important changes for Sky Talk customers, effective from 27 August:
Calls to international destinations which begin with the following numbers will be charged as international mobile, special and higher rate numbers:
Burkina Faso prefixes 608-609, 610-611 will be charged at 126.13 pence per minute during the daytime and 121.53 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 12.5p will also apply.
French Polynesia prefix 411 will be charged at 230.50 pence per minute during the daytime and 224.78 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 12.5p will also apply.
Jordan prefixes 7555-7558 will be charged at 150.74 pence per minute during the daytime and 133.48 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 12.5 pence will also apply.
Kazakhstan prefix 785 will be charged at 104.27 pence per minute during the daytime and 99.57 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up fee of 12.5 pence will also apply.
Lesotho prefixes 27, 28 will be charged at 122.55 pence per minute during the daytime and 104.27 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A call set up of fee of 12.5 pence will also apply.
Tajikistan prefix 90 will be charged at 126.13 pence per minute during the daytime and 121.53 pence per minute during evenings and weekends. A Call set up fee of 12.5 pence will also apply.
Effective from 8 August:
Calls to 118212 will be charged at 148 pence for the first minute, and then 49 pence per minute thereafter.
Calls to 118747 will be charged at 81.7 pence per minute, as well as a call set-up fee of 81.7 pence.
Calls to 118848 will be charged at 79 pence per minute.
