Sky+ box: You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+. To view free to air HD content you need a HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need the HD pack for £10.25 a month. A Sky+ box can store up to 185 hours of standard definition programmes.
Sky HD Multiroom Box: Sky HD Multiroom Box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (£10.25 extra pm) gives your Sky TV subscription in another room. First box free for new and existing customers when taken with a new Sky Multiroom subscription and paying for set-up. Limited to one free box per household (and not available to customers who have already received a free standard box) otherwise £49. Replacement boxes are £99.
Sky Anytime+: Wired standard set up £40 or free for new Sky+HD customers (not available for new Sky+HD customers choosing Sky+HD self set up) with Everyday Lite or Unlimited Broadband. One set up per household. Wireless self set-up £60 per box. Wired self set up available without charge if customer supplies own cable. Sky TV customers with Sky Broadband in Sky network area only. Selected Sky+HD box required. Available programming will depend on your Sky TV/HD subscription. Most Sky Anytime+ content is SD. To watch content from Sky Movies or Sky Sports you must take Sky Movies 1&2 or Sky Sports 1&2 packs. Customers with Sky+HD box without the HD Pack will only be able to access limited content from the Showcase section of Sky Anytime+. Sky Broadband usage limits apply. Non-standard set up may cost extra.
Set-up: Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Standard set-up of Sky+HD box with the HD Pack is free when you join Sky TV online (otherwise £30); free for existing customers with a new Multiroom subscription (otherwise £60 or £15 for Sky+ customers selecting self set-up). Standard set-up for a Sky+ box is £30 for new Sky TV customers and £60 for existing customers (£15 for Sky+ customers selecting self set-up). You must complete self set-up within 31 days of receipt of your Sky+ box in order to be eligible for a discounted box, otherwise you will be charged £10.25 pm subscription for the HD Pack for 12 months. Sky Broadband set-up fees for existing Sky TV customers £60 for Everyday Lite, £30 for Connect or free for Unlimited. £30 set-up fee for Connect for customers without Sky TV.

Dolby Digital 5.1: Available on many programmes. Compatible home cinema system required.
Remote Record: Recording requests can be made via sky.com or using a compatible smartphone / tablet (uses 3G/Wi-Fi) with Sky+ app installed. Requests require up to 30 minutes notice before start of programme.
Sky Anytime: Sky+ subscription & recent Sky+ box or Sky+HD box required. Customers with a Sky+HD box without the HD Pack will only be able to access limited Sky Anytime content. Available programming depends on your Sky TV/HD subscription.
Sky Broadband: You must subscribe to your chosen broadband product for 12 months. Monthly subscription providing you remain a Sky TV and Sky Talk subscriber: Everyday Lite £0, Unlimited £7.50 (otherwise £5 or £12.50 with Sky TV). Connect at £17 pm is available to customers outside our network area. Connect does not give access to Sky Anytime+. Monthly usage caps: Everyday Lite – 2GB; Connect – 40GB & subject to Network Management Policy. Maximum upload speed: Everyday Lite and Unlimited –1.3Mb; Connect –448Kb. Speed you get depends on factors including distance from the exchange and line quality. See sky.com for more details and our Usage Policies. Home installation £50. If your PC/laptop is not wireless enabled, you can buy the necessary equipment from Sky. Wireless coverage depends on variable factors within the home. 30 day Broadband and Talk Satisfaction Guarantee: You can cancel your Sky Broadband and Talk services at any time within the first 30 days of all your services being activated. You’ll receive a pro-rata refund for any subscription you’ve paid but not any set-up charges or non-inclusive call charges. Your statutory rights are not affected. Guarantee does not apply to Sky TV or existing customers changing their current packages.
