    Description of the Sky Talk service

    Sky Talk is Sky’s home telephony service. The service includes a line rental subscription plus a choice of ‘call plans’ & ‘calling features’. The Sky Talk service is not intended for business use.

    Sky Talk is a subscription-based service whereby customers pay a monthly Line Rental fee. A choice of call plans / features may be selected and may involve additional monthly fees.

    Sky Talk currently has no associated maintenance charge. If you experience a problem with your service, please call Sky customer services on 03442 410 499. We try to resolve any faults within five working days of receiving notice of the fault from you.

    0870 calls are included within inclusive UK call minutes, where relevant.

     

    Description of the Sky Broadband service

    Sky Broadband is Sky’s home broadband service. There are a number of different broadband services available from Sky (dependent on location) with differing monthly subscription charges. The Sky Broadband service is not intended for business use.

    Included with the Sky Broadband Unlimited, Connect or Sky Fibre Broadband Unlimited services is access to Sky Wi-Fi. Sky Wi-Fi provides unlimited wireless internet access from thousands of UK hotspots (provided by The Cloud).
