    Sky Multiroom: Provides same Sky TV channels as main Sky TV subscription on another box. To receive HD Pack channels on your Multiroom box you need a Sky HD box an HD Pack subscription (only one HD Pack subscription required per household).

    Money back guarantee: If you cancel Sky HD within one calendar month of activation, we will refund the cost of your box (but not any subscription or set up charges).

    Remote Record:     Use sky.com or a compatible device. Requests require up to 30 minutes notice before start of programme.

    WWF Sky Rainforest Rescue: All money raised through Sky Rainforest Rescue will be donated to WWF-UK, charity registered in England and Wales number 1081247 and in Scotland number SC039593. Sky will donate a further £1 to WWF-UK to match each £1 raised through Sky Rainforest Rescue. Sky will match donations to help reach the project target of £4million.

Sky on your Xbox 360 requires Xbox Gold Live subscription. Sky TV Customers: Selected live channels and on demand content available in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost.     Sky Go Extra: Sky TV customers only. £5 extra a month. 31 days’ notice to cancel. Register up to 4 Sky Go devices, concurrent viewing on two devices. Download selected Sky Go content via WiFi (Unavailable on Xbox 360). Content depends on your Sky TV package. Movies Pack required to download movies. Max 2 downloads per programme. Content deleted from device 48 hours after viewing starts or no later than 7 or 30 days after download depending on content.

  • Sky boxes and set-up

    Box set-up times currently average 7-10 days for new customers and may be longer for existing customers upgrading to Sky+HD (excludes Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, ROI).

    Standard set-up of Sky+HD box with the HD Pack is free when you join Sky TV online (otherwise £30); free for existing customers with a new Multiroom subscription (otherwise £60 or £15 for Sky+ customers selecting self set-up).

    Existing Sky TV customer:  Sky Broadband set-up fees for existing Sky TV customers £60 for Lite, £30 for Connect or free for Unlimited. £30 set-up fee for Connect for customers without Sky TV.

    Self set-up: Available to Sky+ customers for £15. Self set-up must be completed within 31 days of receipt.

    Sky+HD box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box unless taking the HD Pack. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household.  Sky+HD box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). A Sky+HD box can store an average of 60 hours of HD or 185 hours of standard definition programmes. HD ready TV required.

    Sky+ box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+ box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+ and can store an average of 185 hours of standard definition programmes. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need the HD Pack (£10.25 a month).

    Sky+HD 2TB box: £49 for existing Sky TV customers taking their first HD package (£10.25pm) or existing Sky+HD customers adding Sky Multiroom (£10.25pm per box). Existing Sky+HD customers are entitled to one £149 box, additional 2TB boxes £249. £249 for any existing customer who received a discounted 1TB box. New customers joining Sky TV with the HD Pack are entitled to one £149 box. Any additional 2TB boxes thereafter or when taking without the HD Pack are £249. Standard set-up £30 for new customers and £60 for existing Sky TV customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Sky+HD 2TB box provides 1.5TB of personal storage and 0.5TB of storage for On Demand Showcase content.

    Sky HD Multiroom box: Sky HD Multiroom box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (£10.25 extra a month) gives your Sky TV subscription in another room. First box free for new and existing customers when taken with a new Sky Multiroom subscription and paying for set-up. Limited to one free box per household (and not available to customers who have already received a free standard box) otherwise £49. Replacement boxes are £99.

    You do not have to subscribe to Sky TV - available directly from Sky call centre (standard set up £120) - limited to one per household.

  • Sky Broadband

    Sky Broadband in Sky Network Area: Existing customer set-up £60 for Lite or free for Unlimited. Monthly usage caps: Lite - 2GB. Maximum upload speed: Lite and Unlimited –1.3Mb.

    Sky Broadband outside Network area: Connect at £17pm. Existing customer set-up £30. Monthly usage caps: Connect – 40GB & subject to Network Management Policy. Maximum upload speed: Connect – 448Kb.

    Sky Fibre Unlimited & Unlimited Pro: Availability subject to location and survey. £50 standard set-up. Not available to existing fibre customers except cable. Maximum download speeds: Sky Fibre Unlimited - up to 38Mb; Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro - up to 76Mb. Speeds vary by location.

    WiFi Hotspots from The Cloud: For Sky Broadband Unlimited/Connect/Unlimited Fibre customers. Available on 6 registered devices. Experience varies by location and number of users. App available for Apple devices with iOS 4.2.1 or later and compatible Android devices with OS2.1-2.x and 4.x.

    Sky Broadband general: £2.18 router delivery charge applies for existing customers only. Speeds vary significantly by location. No traffic management policy for Sky Broadband Unlimited and Sky Fibre Unlimited. External factors such as internet congestion can affect speed. See sky.com for more details and our Usage Policies. MAC users receive 12 months free McAfee VirusScan worth £19.99. McAfee Free Trial: Sky Broadband Lite-3 months, Unlimited and Fibre Unlimited -12 months, then £3 pm unless you contact us to unsubscribe.

    30 day Broadband and Talk Satisfaction Guarantee: Available within the first 30 days of all your services being activated. Refund applies to subscription charges only (not set-up charges or non-inclusive call charges) and is pro-rated. Statutory rights are not affected. Not applicable if you change your package.

  • #Sky Talk

    #UK calls of up to an hour to 01, 02, 03 & 0870 numbers only (excludes Channel Islands, indirect access & dial-up internet numbers) with Sky Talk Weekends. Unlimited calls of up to an hour to geographic landlines in 20 popular international destinations with Sky Talk Anytime. Acceptable Use Policy applies. See the Sky Talk Tariff Guide for more detail.
