Track your order online
You can track your order online by signing in and using your Sky iD. Sky iD is the single
username and password that lets you enjoy all Sky's online services, including managing your
account or tracking the progress of your Sky Broadband and other orders on the web, using Sky Email
and Calendar and watching Sky TV on your computer or mobile device with Sky Go.

My Sky.

How do I get a Sky iD?
- Follow the
Track Your Order link in the
Billing Centre section. You will see details of any Sky orders you've placed,
along with estimated installation dates and other information for specific products.
Track your order through your Sky box
- Press
interactive on your Sky remote control.
- Highlight
Sky Active and press
Select.
- Hightlight
My Sky Account and press
Select.
- Highlight
Track My Order and press
Select.
- Follow the instructions that appear on your TV screen - you will need your viewing card PIN
(the number you use to access Parental Controls and other services). You can now track your orders
using a safe, secure and free connection.
