  When you order Sky products and services, you can monitor your order's progress online or, if you already have Sky TV and you're upgrading or adding services, through your TV. Any orders that are unfulfilled will appear on the Order Tracking pages, along with estimated delivery dates and any notices.

  
  We may use this service, for example, to notify you that Sky is still waiting for the return of your old equipment, or that there is a problem with your order. You can use this service as often as you like during the countdown to your new Sky TV set-up or upgrade.

• Order tracking

  Track your order online

  You can track your order online by signing in and using your Sky iD. Sky iD is the single username and password that lets you enjoy all Sky's online services, including managing your account or tracking the progress of your Sky Broadband and other orders on the web, using Sky Email and Calendar and watching Sky TV on your computer or mobile device with Sky Go.

  1. Using your Sky iD, sign into My Sky.
  2. If you don't have a Sky iD, see our help guide How do I get a Sky iD?
  3. Follow the Track Your Order link in the Billing Centre section. You will see details of any Sky orders you've placed, along with estimated installation dates and other information for specific products.

   

  Track your order through your Sky box

  1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
  2. Highlight Sky Active and press Select.
  3. Hightlight My Sky Account and press Select.
  4. Highlight Track My Order and press Select.
  5. Follow the instructions that appear on your TV screen - you will need your viewing card PIN (the number you use to access Parental Controls and other services). You can now track your orders using a safe, secure and free connection.
