  Getting Sky TV is easy. Simply choose Sky Entertainment or Sky Entertainment Extra, add any additional Packs, select your box and choose an installation date convenient for you.

  Sky TV customers can also opt for one of our great Sky Broadband & Talk packages with Sky Line Rental to get even better value from Sky. Just check that Sky Broadband is available in your area.

  Even if you don't have Sky TV, if you're in a Sky network area, you can now get truly unlimited broadband and inclusive evening and weekend UK# calls for just £10 a month (plus Sky Line Rental) when you take Sky Broadband Unlimited with Sky Talk Freetime and Sky Line Rental.

   

  Upgrading your existing Sky package

  If you're an existing Sky TV customer, it's easy to upgrade your package online. You'll need to sign in to your Sky account with either your Sky iD or your viewing card number or payment details.

  Once you've signed in, you can add more channels with Sky Entertainment Extra, check availability for Broadband & Talk or register for a new box. When you're ready to complete your order, you can check-out in a few simple steps.

• How to buy: Simple steps

  1. Pick what you want to watch
  To subscribe to Sky TV, you need to take Sky Entertainment or Sky Entertainment Extra. You can also choose to add our Premium Packs, Sports Pack and Movies Pack.

   

  2. Select a Sky box
  Once you've chosen your Sky TV Packs, add the HD Pack and a Sky+HD box to enjoy Sky TV in stunning high definition. If you want to add more than one box, you can take a Sky Multiroom subscription, to enjoy Sky TV in more than one room.

   

  3. Add Sky Broadband & Talk
  You can add Sky Broadband, Sky Talk and Sky Line Rental when you subscribe to Sky TV. If you're in a Sky network area, you can choose from two great Sky Broadband products, depending on whether you use the internet a little or a lot and two Sky Talk calls packages.

  
  To get Sky Broadband and Sky Talk, you'll need Sky Line Rental. If you take Sky Broadband, you'll also have to check that your computer meets the minimum requirements. If you're switching from an existing Broadband provider, you may need to provide a MAC code, although you don't need to have this to hand when you place your order.

  
  If you're currently a cable or Talk Talk customer your phone line may not be compatible with our Sky Broadband and Talk products. Don't worry, you can order a new Sky phone line and number online, and your Sky Broadband, calls and line rental could be up and running in just two weeks. Use our address checker to check availability of Sky Broadband Everyday Lite and Unlimited in your area.

   

  4. Choose an installation date
  Once you've selected your Sky package, you'll need to choose an installation date. When you are booking your installation you will be able to choose from a list of available dates. We will do our best to install Sky on the date you select and will confirm the date by email once your order has been processed.
  
  5. Enjoy your M&S vouchers
  We'll send your M&S vouchers by Special Delivery when you join Sky TV online. They will arrive within 45 days of activating your viewing. Royal Mail requires a signature from whomever receives the item. If there's nobody available to sign for your vouchers and they are not collected or redelivery rearranged within 21 calendar days, they will be returned to Sky. If you miss delivery, you can go to a Royal Mail Delivery Office and collect your item (with the delivery card and one form of identification), or arrange a redelivery online or by phone.
