Existing customers: you have up to 90 days to choose your reward once we have received your friend’s first subscription payment, as long as you are still with Sky. Once chosen, we will send the voucher within 45 days, to the address provided when joining Sky or by email if you select M&S as your voucher. New customers: we will send your choice of voucher to the address provided when joining Sky within 45 days of your first subscription payment or by email if you select M&S as your voucher of choice.
