    • How many friends can I introduce to Sky TV?

      You can introduce as many friends as you like. To make it easier, you can introduce up to five friends on each invitation. You'll get a reward for each friend who responds to your invitation and joins Sky TV through Introduce a Friend.

    • Will my friend know I've invited them to join Sky TV?

      Yes, they'll see your name on their invitation email. You can preview the email your friend will receive when creating this invitation.

    • How will I know if my friend has joined Sky TV?

      We will email you when your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running. You can also go to Track & redeem, which shows you when they joined and the reward you can claim.

    • When can I claim my reward?

      As long as your friend joined using the unique reference number we sent with your invitation, you’ll be able to claim your reward as soon as your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running.

    • My friend has joined but I haven't received an email.

      If your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running, you should have received an email from us. We send this email as soon as your friend makes their first subscription payment. If you haven't received this email, please let us know.

    • When will my reward arrive?

      We’ll send your choice of voucher to the address provided when joining Sky within 45 days of your friend’s first subscription payment.

    • What if my reward doesn't arrive?

      If you've claimed your reward but it hasn't arrived within 45 days, please let us know.

    • What rewards are available?

      We offer a range of rewards, which change throughout the year, so it's worth inviting friends again, even if they didn't join before. And if you see a reward you really want, it's a good idea to choose it now as it might not be available for much longer.

    • Why can’t I claim my reward as soon as I've introduced my friend?

      Once your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running you'll be able to claim your reward.

    • Can my friend use the same email as me?

      If your friend doesn’t have an email address, they can use yours. However, they must live at a different address to you.

    • Does my friend have to get Sky TV?

      Yes, your friend needs to choose Sky TV if you want to claim a reward. They can subscribe to Sky TV with the Original Bundle from £21.50 a month. This offer is not available to anyone choosing Sky Broadband without Sky TV or who watches Sky through the Sky Go Monthly ticket.

    • When will my friend receive their reward?

      Once we've received their first subscription payment, your friend will be able to claim their reward. And so will you.

We will invite you to select your reward, within £75 compliments voucher, £75 Tesco voucher or £75 M&S once we receive your friend’s first subscription payment and you will have 90 days before the right to your reward expires. Sky Multiscreen: Provides same Sky TV channels as main Sky TV subscription on another box. To receive Sky HD channels on your Multiscreen box you need a Sky HD box and the Family Bundle or other HD subscription pack. If you have home broadband, your Internet-enabled Sky boxes must be connected to your router if we’ve provided the equipment you need to connect (E.g. an On Demand connector). Multiscreen includes Sky Go Extra at no extra cost. Sky Go terms apply.

Smart Series Link: Records your chosen series then the next and subsequent series in order. Unavailable on some older Sky+HD boxes.

Remote Record: Use sky.com or a compatible device. Requests require up to 30 minutes notice before start of programme.

WWF Sky Rainforest Rescue: All money raised through Sky Rainforest Rescue will be donated to WWF-UK, charity registered in England and Wales number 1081247 and in Scotland number SC039593.
