    • How do I take part as an existing Sky TV customer?

      Sign in using your MySky ID and password. If you don’t have a Sky ID follow the instructions on screen to set your account up.

      Enter your friends name and email address and an invitation will be automatically sent to your friend for them to join Sky TV.

      Once your friend has joined we will email you to let you know you can claim your reward.


    • When can I claim my reward?

      As long as your friend joined using the unique reference number we sent with your invitation, your reward will be posted to you as soon as your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running.

    • Where can I use my Prepaid MasterCard®?

      You can use your Prepaid MasterCard ® in a wide range of stores that accepts MasterCard® transactions. You can also use your Prepaid card online, providing the internet site displays the MasterCard® logo. MasterCard® is accepted at over 32 Million locations worldwide. Conditions may apply.

    • How many friends can I introduce to Sky TV?

      You can introduce as many friends as you like. To make it easier, you can introduce up to five friends on each invitation. You'll get a reward for each friend who joins Sky TV through your invitation.

    • Will my friend know I've invited them to join Sky TV?

      Yes, they'll see your name on their invitation email. You can preview the email your friend will receive when creating this invitation.

    • How will I know if my friend has joined Sky TV?

      We will email you when your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running. You can also go to Track & redeem, which shows you when they joined and the status of your reward.

    • My friend has joined but I haven't received an email.

      If your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running, you should have received an email from us. We send this email as soon as your friend makes their first subscription payment. If you haven't received this email, please let us know.

    • When will my reward arrive?

      We’ll send your reward to the address provided when joining Sky within 45 days of your friend’s first subscription payment.

    • What if my reward doesn't arrive?

      If your reward hasn't arrived within 45 days, please let us know.

    • Why can’t I claim my reward as soon as I've introduced my friend?

      Once your friend's Sky TV subscription is up and running we'll send you your reward.

    • Can my friend use the same email as me?

      If your friend doesn’t have an email address, they can use yours. However, they must live at a different address to you.

    • Does my friend have to get Sky TV?

      Yes, your friend needs to choose Sky TV if you want to claim a reward. They can subscribe to Sky TV with the Original Bundle from £20 a month. This offer is not available to anyone choosing Sky Broadband without Sky TV or who watches Sky through the Sky Go Monthly ticket.

    • When will my friend receive their reward?

      Once we've received their first subscription payment, your friend will be able to claim their reward

    • My friend is seeing an error message when trying to join through my invite

      If you and your friend are using the same computer the site will think you are the same person. Make sure you log out and clear your cache or browser history before your friend tries to book.

HD channels received depend on your Sky TV/HD subscription. BBC HD Channels, ITV HD (England & Wales only), Channel 4 HD, NHK World HD and RT HD are available without subscription.

Sky TV Subscription: Packages £22-£81.50 per month (pm). Sky Box Office and Sky Store costs extra. Sky News and Pick TV are available without subscription; Pick TV, Channel 4, Channel 5, 5 USA and 5* require a viewing card. Sky box and set-up required.

Sky Sports: Sky Sports channels available in 1, 2 or 3 channels or get all channels with the Complete Sports Pack. From £18 - £27.50 extra per month. Content depends on channels chosen. If you have 1, 2 or 3 channel, you may swap the channels once every 31 days. Main Event channel is a bonus channel showing live content from the other Sky Sports channels at the same time as it is available on such channels. Only available with the Complete Sports Pack.

If you subscribed to both Sky Sports and Sky Cinema prior to 18 July 2017, any change to your Sky TV subscription or current sports package will result in a price increase on your Sky Cinema subscription. 

Sky Sports in HD: £6pm on top of your sports subscription if you take 1, 2 or 3 channels or the Complete Sports Pack on a rolling basis or £2pm extra if you take the Complete Sports Pack on a contract and re-contract your TV subscription for 18 months. Only available to Box Sets Bundle customers.

Sky Sports or Cinema on a contract: Requires new minimum term on your Sky TV subscription. You must keep Sky Sports for the duration of your minimum term, unless you also add Sky Cinema on a contract, in which case your contract will end and you will enter a new contract for all your TV services (Sky TV, Sports and Cinema).

Sky Multiscreen: Provides same Sky TV channels as main Sky TV subscription on another box. To receive Sky HD channels on your Multiscreen box you need a Sky HD box and the Box Sets Bundle or other HD subscription pack. If you have home broadband, your Internet-enabled Sky boxes must be connected to your router if we’ve provided the equipment you need to connect (E.g. an On Demand connector). Multiscreen includes Sky Go Extra at no extra cost. Sky Go terms apply.

Smart Series Link: Records your chosen series then the next and subsequent series in order. Unavailable on some older Sky HD boxes.

Remote Record / Series Link: Use or a compatible device. Requests require up to 30 minutes notice before start of programme. Series Link for compatible Sky+HD and Sky Q boxes only.

Sky Kids app: Available at no extra cost with the Variety or Box Sets subscription. UK / Ireland only. Selected content available to stream and download on demand at no extra cost via 3G/4G/WiFi (charges may apply). To download content you also need Sky Multiscreen, Sky Q Multiscreen, or Sky Go Extra (£5 extra a month). Available on two registered compatible tablets. Available on up to 4 registered compatible tablets. Downloaded content deleted from device 48 hours after viewing starts or no later than 30 days after download. WWF Sky Rainforest Rescue: All money raised through Sky Rainforest Rescue will be donated to WWF-UK, charity registered in England and Wales number 1081247 and in Scotland number SC039593.
