    30 day Broadband and Talk Satisfaction Guarantee: Available within the first 30 days of all your services being activated. Refund applies to subscription charges only (not set-up charges or non-inclusive call charges) and is pro-rated. Statutory rights are not affected. Not applicable if you change your package.

    Speed Guarantee: New Sky Fibre Max customers only. New 18 month minimum term applies for Sky Fibre Max (£20 per month (pm), Sky Line Rental (£18.99 pm) and Sky Talk (£0-£12pm). If you don’t get minimum 55Mb download speeds to your Hub within first 30 days we’ll refund your set up costs and your monthly Sky Fibre Max, Line Rental and Talk subscription costs (except the cost of calls you’ve made outside of any inclusive allowances). Factors outside of our control may affect speed. To claim money back if your speeds are below 55Mb in the first 30 days, the account holder must call our contact centre. If 55Mb download speeds cannot be achieved, costs will be credited to the Sky account on a pro-rata basis and will be credited after the bill has been paid. Your Sky Q Hub must be plugged in and switched on for speed information to be captured. Technical outages which are outside of Sky’s control are not covered by the Speed Guarantee.
