No, you must take Sky TV with Sky Broadband Lite. If you'd like Sky Broadband without Sky TV, then you can take Sky Broadband Unlimited with inclusive calls# and Sky Line Rental.
Once you have ordered Sky Broadband and Talk, if you don’t need an engineer to install a line, it will normally take up to 15 days for your broadband to go active. If you do need an engineer your Broadband will usually be activated on the day the engineer installs your phone line. We'll send you a letter (or, if you have provided us with an email address, an email) to welcome you to Sky Broadband, followed by confirmation of your line activation date. Your Sky Hub will be delivered and you can get started.
If you’re a Sky Broadband Unlimited or Sky Fibre Unlimited customer there are no usage limits. If you’re an Everyday Lite customer who does use more than your allowance you will receive an email letting you know when you have gone over your allowance. If you go over your allowance twice within a six month period, we'll move you to the next package up which will give you a higher usage allowance. However you use the internet, you can be sure that in Sky network areas, we don't ever slow our broadband speed down.
Once you become a customer, we'll send the emails to your @sky.com address or the alternative email address you give us.
Your Sky Hub router should arrive through the post 5 to 6 days before your broadband goes active. With it you’ll find a booklet which will take you through the install process step-by-step so you can install your Sky Broadband yourself at home.
If you are switching from another provider to Sky you should be able to keep your phone number, just make sure you ask to when you place your order.
