3 months free line rental offer: Available to new customers taking Sky Broadband, Talk and line rental. Line rental is £14.50 a month. After 3 months, you will automatically be moved on to the standard monthly price. Offer ends 13 June 2013.

Downloading content requires broadband connection (minimum recommended speed 2 Mbps) and self set-up using own cable or wireless connector (£21.95 - limits apply). Downloads count towards any usage caps. Content depends on your Sky TV/HD subscription. Sky Store costs extra. Sky Movies 1&2 or Sky Sports 1&2 required for Sky Movies or Sky Sports. Sky+ subscribers without Sky TV can access BBC iPlayer only. Downloadable HD content takes longer to start viewing.
Sky Box Office: Sky Box Office content costs extra. Pay per view charges apply. SBO 3D requires a 3DTV.

Sky Go: UK / Ireland only. Streamed via broadband/3G (charges may apply). Available on two registered compatible devices (content may vary). Some live TV programmes will be unavailable (go to - go.sky.com). iPhone (3GS or above), iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or above) require iOS 5.1 or later, and available on selected Android devices with OS2.2x to OS4.2.1 (excluding 3.x). Sky on your Xbox 360 requires Xbox Gold Live subscription. Sky TV Customers: Selected live channels and on demand content available in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost. You'll need Sky Movies 1&2 or Sky Sports 1&2 Packs for on demand Sky Movies or Sky Sports. Non-Sky TV Customers: Subscriptions £15-£40 pm. ESPN £10-£13 pm extra (or standalone at £16 pm). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you unsubscribe.

Sky Go Extra: Sky TV customers only. £5 extra a month. 31 days’ notice to cancel. Register up to 4 Sky Go devices, concurrent viewing on two devices. Download selected Sky Go content via WiFi (Unavailable on Xbox 360). Content depends on your Sky TV package. Movies/Sports Pack(s) required to download movies/sports. Max 2 downloads per programme. Content deleted from device 48 hours after viewing starts or no later than 7 or 30 days after download depending on content.

Sky+ box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+ box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+ and can store an average of 185 hours of standard definition programmes. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need Sky Entertainment Extra+ and, for Sky Sports/Sky Movies in HD, the HD Pack (£5.25 a month).

Sky+HD 2TB box: £49 for existing Sky TV customers taking their first HD package or existing Sky+HD customers adding Sky Multiroom (£10.25pm per box). Existing Sky+HD customers are entitled to one £149 box, additional 2TB boxes £249. £249 for any existing customer who received a discounted 1TB box. New customers joining Sky TV with Sky Entertainment Extra+ are entitled to one £149 box. Any additional 2TB boxes thereafter or when taking without Sky Entertainment Extra+ are £249. Standard set-up £30 for new customers and £60 for existing Sky TV customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Sky+HD 2TB box provides 1.5TB of personal storage and 0.5TB of storage for On Demand Showcase content.

Sky HD Multiroom box: Sky HD Multiroom box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (£10.25 extra a month) gives your Sky TV subscription in another room. First box free for new and existing customers when taken with a new Sky Multiroom subscription and paying for set-up. Limited to one free box per household (and not available to customers who have already received a free standard box) otherwise £49. Replacement boxes are £99.

You do not have to subscribe to Sky TV - available directly from Sky call centre (standard set up £120) - limited to one per household.

Sky Broadband general: £2.18 router delivery charge applies for existing customers only. Speeds vary significantly by location. No traffic management policy for Sky Broadband Unlimited and Sky Fibre Unlimited. External factors such as internet congestion can affect speed. See sky.com for more details and our Usage Policies. 30 day Broadband and Talk Satisfaction Guarantee: Available within the first 30 days of all your services being activated. Refund applies to subscription charges only (not set-up charges or non-inclusive call charges) and is pro-rated. Statutory rights are not affected. Not applicable if you change your package.
