‡ HD channels received depend on your Sky TV subscription. BBC HD Channels, ITV1 HD (England & Wales only), Channel 4 HD, Five HD and Luxe TV HD are available without subscription.  Channel 4 HD and Five HD require a viewing card.
Sky TV Subscription: £21.50-£55.50 a month. Sky Movies Box Office and Sky Store costs extra. Sky News and Pick TV are available without subscription; Pick TV, Channel 4, Channel 5, 5 USA and 5* require a viewing card. Sky box and set-up required.
Sky 3D: 3DTV and Sky World HD (£65.75 a month) subscription required. Pay per view content may cost extra.

*Sky Anytime+: Anytime+ on demand depends on the speed in your location . Free wired standard set up for new Sky+HD customers (not available with self set up) or £40 (£60 wireless). Can be set up by customer using own cable. Compatible  box required. Content depends on your Sky TV/HD subscription. Most Sky Anytime+ content is SD. Sky Movies 1&2 or Sky Sports 1&2 required to watch Sky Movies or Sky Sports. Sky+HD customers without HD Pack will only be able to access limited Anytime/Showcase content. Anytime+ downloads count towards your monthly Everyday Lite 2GB usage cap . HD content requires longer to start viewing.

Sky boxes and set-up

Box set-up times currently average 7-10 days for new customers and may be longer for existing customers upgrading to Sky+HD (excludes Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, ROI).

Standard set-up of Sky+HD box with the HD Pack is free when you join Sky TV online (otherwise £30); free for existing customers with a new Multiroom subscription (otherwise £60 or £15 for Sky+ customers selecting self set-up).

Existing Sky TV customer:  Sky Broadband set-up fees for existing Sky TV customers £60 for Lite, £30 for Connect or free for Unlimited. £30 set-up fee for Connect for customers without Sky TV.

Self set-up: Available to Sky+ customers for £15. Self set-up must be completed within 31 days of receipt.

Sky+HD box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box unless taking the HD Pack. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household.  Sky+HD box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). A Sky+HD box can store an average of 60 hours of HD or 185 hours of standard definition programmes. HD ready TV required.

Sky+ box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+ box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+ and can store an average of 185 hours of standard definition programmes. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need the HD Pack (£10.25 a month).

Sky+HD 2TB box: £49 for existing Sky TV customers taking their first HD package (£10.25pm) or existing Sky+HD customers adding Sky Multiroom (£10.25pm per box). Existing Sky+HD customers are entitled to one £149 box, additional 2TB boxes £249. £249 for any existing customer who received a discounted 1TB box. New customers joining Sky TV with the HD Pack are entitled to one £149 box. Any additional 2TB boxes thereafter or when taking without the HD Pack are £249. Standard set-up £30 for new customers and £60 for existing Sky TV customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Sky+HD 2TB box provides 1.5TB of personal storage and 0.5TB of storage for On Demand Showcase content.

Sky HD Multiroom box: Sky HD Multiroom box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (£10.25 extra a month) gives your Sky TV subscription in another room. First box free for new and existing customers when taken with a new Sky Multiroom subscription and paying for set-up. Limited to one free box per household (and not available to customers who have already received a free standard box) otherwise £49. Replacement boxes are £99.

You do not have to subscribe to Sky TV - available directly from Sky call centre (standard set up £120) - limited to one per household.

Sky Broadband

Sky Broadband in Sky Network Area: Existing customer set-up £60 for Lite or free for Unlimited. Monthly usage caps: Lite - 2GB. Maximum upload speed: Lite and Unlimited –1.3Mb.

Sky Broadband outside Network area: Connect at £17pm. Existing customer set-up £30. Monthly usage caps: Connect – 40GB & subject to Network Management Policy. Maximum upload speed: Connect – 448Kb.

Sky Fibre Unlimited & Unlimited Pro: Availability subject to location and survey. £50 standard set-up. Not available to existing fibre customers except cable. Maximum download speeds: Sky Fibre Unlimited - up to 38Mb; Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro - up to 76Mb. Speeds vary by location.

WiFi Hotspots from The Cloud: For Sky Broadband Unlimited/Connect/Unlimited Fibre customers. Available on 6 registered devices. Experience varies by location and number of users. App available for Apple devices with iOS 4.2.1 or later and compatible Android devices with OS2.1-2.x and 4.x.

Sky Broadband general: £2.18 router delivery charge applies for existing customers only. Speeds vary significantly by location. No traffic management policy for Sky Broadband Unlimited and Sky Fibre Unlimited. External factors such as internet congestion can affect speed. See sky.com for more details and our Usage Policies. MAC users receive 12 months free McAfee VirusScan worth £19.99. 30 day Broadband and Talk Satisfaction Guarantee: Available within the first 30 days of all your services being activated. Refund applies to subscription charges only (not set-up charges or non-inclusive call charges) and is pro-rated. Statutory rights are not affected. Not applicable if you change your package.
