Can I keep my existing phone number if I switch to Sky?
Sky can help you keep your number if you are transferring your telephone service to Sky Talk.

How long will it take for my services to go active?
It should take between 1 – 2 weeks for your Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk services to go active from the time your order is placed. The actual time will depend on whether we are transferring an existing service, providing you with a new service or if we have to activate your line. We will send you a welcome letter confirming when your service will be active by.

Can I rent telephone handsets from Sky?
Customers that are renting handsets from their current provider will be able to transfer the rental to Sky along with their telephone service. Customers will not be able to set up a new handset rental agreement with Sky. Sky will charge the standard rate for corded and cordless handsets, which may not be the same as with your previous provider. Current rates can be found here.
