Sky Broadband Lite FAQs:

How long will it take for my services to go active?
It should take between 1 – 2 weeks for your Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk services to go active from the time your order is placed. The actual time will depend on whether we are transferring an existing service, providing you with a new service or if we have to activate your line. We will send you a welcome letter confirming when your service will be active by.

When will I get my Sky Hub?
We will send your Sky Hub after your order has been successfully processed. You should receive it before your broadband service goes active.

How will the Sky Broadband usage policy affect me?
If you are on the Broadband Lite or Connect Lite package and you go over your usage allowance twice in a six month period, you will automatically be upgraded to the either the Broadband Unlimited or Connect Unlimited package. We will email you when you go over your allowance and if we are going to upgrade you. You may downgrade back to your previous package after one month if you have reduced your usage levels to within the allowance for that package.
