    What do I need to order Sky Talk?

    You'll need to take Sky Line Rental with either of our Sky Talk options, so if you don't have an active BT compatible line, you can take a new Sky line. If you do have a compatible line, we'll simply take over your existing line.

    Can I keep my existing telephone number if I transfer to Sky?

    If you are switching from a BT compatible line then you should be able to keep your number

    Do I have to pay BT line rental as well as Sky?

    No. If you are joining any of our Broadband or Talk products, you'll also need to take Sky Line Rental.

    How much does a new line installation cost?

    The usual cost is £39, but check your basket for the latest pricing.

    How long can I talk for before I'm charged?

    You can make free, no charge and unlimited calls of up to an hour in length. After that, 7.95p per minute rates will apply to UK landline calls and Sky Talk standard international rates will apply to unlimited and international calls. Or you can hang up and redial as often as you like.
