What do I need to order Sky Talk?

How long does it take to switch?

We could switch your services to Sky Talk in just two weeks.

What if I don't have a BT compatible line?

If you are currently a cable customer or don't have an active, working BT compatible landline, we may be able to arrange installation of a new Sky phone line when you join Sky.

To get a new line, you'll need to add Sky Line Rental to your basket. A new line will then be added if you need one.

How much does a new line cost?

The usual cost is £39, but check your basket for the latest pricing.

How long can I talk for before I'm charged?

You can make free, no charge and unlimited calls of up to an hour in length. After that, 5.09p per minute rates will apply to UK landline calls and Sky Talk standard international rates will apply to unlimited and international calls. Or you can hang up and redial as often as you like.
