  • When you order online, we ask you to enter your main landline number, including the area code. This enables us to check that you have a working BT landline - essential for transferring your services easily to Sky. We can also check to see which Sky Broadband and Sky Talk products your telephone line can support and tell you instantly before you order. If you don't have an active BT compatible line, please call us on 08442 411 076 to see if Sky can arrange to install one for you.

  • If you're moving to Sky Talk from BT or most other line rental providers, you can keep the phone number you already have, so you won't have to tell everyone your new contact details. If you're moving from an unbundled provider or from cable then we can request to keep your number, although we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to do this.
