Set Up & Installation

Installation Details

A standard installation usually takes no longer than one hour. The Sky engineer will install Sky TV for you. This will include installing a discreet minidish for new customers, connecting your Sky+ box to your TV and giving you a brief demo on using your equipment. If you take Multiroom we'll also install equipment in another room for you at the same time.

Timings

If you're in the timed installation area, you can request a morning or afternoon installation time, either between 9am and 1pm, or between 12pm and 8pm. If you're not in the timed installation area, our 'all-day call' policy applies. Our engineer will call with an estimated time of arrival on either the evening before the visit or before 9am on the day of the visit. Installation times are from 9am to 8pm.
